I’ve made it past week 1 and I feel GREAT! My muscles constantly ache but it’s a good ache. I battled with taking my day off today but I just felt the need to go to the gym at 10pm and hit the stairclimber for 20 minutes (85 steps/minute without holding hand rails). Advertisements
