I woke up bright and early this morning.. well for a Sunday and hit the treadmill in my apartment to do some High Intensity Interval Training fasted cardio. HIIT sprints used to be my go to workout and I think in the past they have really helped me shed my body fat fast. The only problem I have is working myself up to do them. I have realized I haven’t been doing enough cardio lately and my goal this week is to step it up.
After my sprints, instead of my typical oatmeal I tried a new hot cereal with 7g of protein and 5g of fibre.
It was meh, okay. It tasted a bit like bird seed but I think I’ll learn to love it.
Then I was off to the gym for the rest of my workout.

8 minutes on the stair climber (110 steps/minute) I INCREASED MY PACE!!!
